Peppermint Mocha Cheesecake Shooters

Fluffy peppermint mocha no bake cheesecake mousse on top of a sweet Oreo crust! These Peppermint Mocha Cheesecake Shooters are the cutest little dessert to bring to your Christmas party! Prep them ahead of the party and wow all of your guests!

I love a cute little mousse cheesecake shooter at parties! Something about cold, creamy mousse is just so decadent at the holidays! I love this recipe because it can be made well ahead of time and refrigerated, allowing you time to decorate or do your running around!

What ingredients are needed to prepare Peppermint Mocha Cheesecake Shooters?

  • ½ package of Oreo Cookies
  • 4 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 8oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer
  • 2 tablespoon Sour Cream
  • ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Garnishes: Store Bought or Homemade Whipped Cream, Christmas Sprinkles, Candy Canes or Crushed Peppermints

Is there any equipment necessary to prepare Peppermint Mocha Cheesecake Shooters?

  • Tall Shot Glasses
  • Food Processor
  • 2 Piping Bags, Tip, and Coupler

How to Prepare Peppermint Mocha Cheesecake Shooters:

  1. Place the heavy whipping cream, bowl, and whisk to stand mixer in the freezer for 15 min.
  2. In the meantime, pulse the Oreo cookies and melted butter in a food processor until crumbly.
  3. Press into the bottom of a shot glass.
  4. Pour the heavy whipping cream into the bowl of the stand mixer, fit with the whisk
    attachment and mix until stiff peaks form. Remove to a separate bowl.
  5. In the bowl of the stand mixer (no need to wash), mix the cream cheese, coffee creamer, sour
    cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until just combined.
  6. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Place mixture into a piping bag. 6.
    Pipe into shot glasses, over the Oreo crust.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream, sprinkles, and candy canes or crushed peppermints.

Storage:

These Peppermint Mocha Cheesecake Shooters can be stored in the fridge for 2 - 3 days wrapped tightly in plastic wrap.
