Savory prosciutto, creamy burrata, crisp, peppery arugula, balsamic, and horseradish mayo come together to make the most delicious little slider for your holiday event! These little sandwiches are mouthwatering, and I may just eat them all year long!
I love a good Italian sammy! Prosciutto sandwiches are popular this year, so when I started to see them all over the internet in prep for the holidays, I knew I just had to make my own version!
This easy sandwich hit the spot one night for dinner and I can’t wait to put it on my holiday party menu!
What ingredients are necessary to make Prosciutto and Burrata Sliders?
- 1 package Hawaiian Sweet Roll Slider Buns (12 rolls)
- 1 tbsp Prepared Horseradish
- 1/3 cup Mayo
- 2 packages of Prosciutto
- 1 container (6oz) Burrata
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
- 1 cup Arugula
How to Prepare Prosciutto and Burrata Sliders?
- Start with preparing the horseradish mayo by combining the mayo and prepared horseradish. Adjust to your preferred spice level. (This ratio will give you some good heat, so try it before adding more!)
- Slice the burrata into disks that are similar in size to the slider buns.
- If desired, split the Hawaiian Buns and gently toast them in the oven. (I enjoy a colder sub with Italian cold cuts, so I did not toast mine.)
- Spread the horseradish mayo onto the bottom side of the buns.
- Layer prosciutto, then burrata, then arugula, and lastly a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Storage:
These sandwiches will keep for 1 – 2 days in the fridge, but the arugula may wilt a little bit. Consider storing it separately from the sandwiches.
