Solara™ Mini Melon
halved with a few melon balls removed

Coconut Flavored Greek Yogurt
1/4

Blueberries

Chopped Pistachios

Honey
Raw Sugar

Instructions
Cut the Solara™ Mini Melon in half and remove 3 - 4 melon balls from each half.
Scoop the yogurt into each melon half and top with the removed melon balls.
Add the blueberries and chopped pistachios, top with a drizzle of honey and a few flakes of raw sugar if desired.
Enjoy immediately.
