full-fat Greek yogurt

white chocolate bar
melted

cup
fresh strawberries
sliced
½
cup
fresh kiwis
sliced
⅓

granola

tablespoon
coconut flakes
Instructions
Line a rimmed quarter baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine melted white chocolate and Greek yogurt.
Spread yogurt mixture onto parchment paper.
Top with sliced strawberries and kiwis.
Finish with granola and coconut.
Place in the freezer for 3 hours, or until firm.
Chop into 12 pieces and enjoy cold.
Store in an airtight container or bag in the freezer.
Notes
White Chocolate Greek Yogurt Bark will keep in the freezer for 3 months.
