One of my New Year’s Resolutions is to start drinking more water again! I used to drink upwards of 120-150 oz of water every day and I felt invincible!

Drinking at least 80 oz of water each day can lead to so many health benefits!*

  • Clear Skin
  • Better Sleep
  • Improved Focus
  • Appetite Control
  • Better Digestion
  • Regulated Body Temperature
  • May Improve Difficulty with Headaches

No. 1: Citrus

This flavor is a blend of fresh orange, lemon, and lime slices.

A mason jar filled with iced tea, containing ice cubes and slices of lime and lemon. A red straw is inserted into the jar. The jar is placed on a wooden table with sunlight streaming through in the background.

No. 2: Spa Water

A classic “spa water” moment, cucumber, lemon, and fresh mint leaves.

No. 3: Cherry Vanilla

This one is fun! Combine frozen cherries, 1 tsp sugar free vanilla syrup, and 1 tsp of agave. Cherries are packed with antioxidants, too! Looking younger by the day! 😉

No. 4: Blackberry Mint

A whole mood. Macerated fresh blackberries and fresh mint leaves. (This flavor is lovely in a sparkling water as well!)

No. 5: Orange Thyme

Fresh orange slices and a couple sprigs of thyme. Earthly and delicious.

A mason jar filled with a refreshing drink containing ice, a slice of orange, and a sprig of greenery. A black straw stands upright in the jar. Sunlight streams through blinds in the background, casting shadows on the table.

No. 6: Lemon Grove

Fresh lemon slices, rosemary, and fresh mint. This one is SO hydrating!

A mason jar filled with water containing lemon and cucumber slices, placed on a coaster near a keyboard. In the background, a blurred view of a bicycle.

No. 7: Strawberry Thyme

This just feels like summertime! Fresh strawberries, a couple sprigs of thyme, and a honey straw! Bliss!

No. 8: Lime in the Coconut

Another summertime vibe! This one is ultra hydrating with coconut water, fresh lime wheels and sugar free vanilla! Yum!

A glass jar filled with lime-infused water and ice cubes sits on a sunlit table. The lime slices are visible through the clear water, and the bright sunlight casts a shadow on the surface.
