Looking for an easy, festive snack to throw on your Christmas dessert table? These Blackberry Stuffed Biscuit Donut Bites are sweet, fluffy, buttery, and bite sized! They are the perfect little accompaniment to a full Christmas dessert plate!

These Stuffed Donut Bites were so fun (and SO easy) to make! They’re a wonderful snack for late night too, as you can do most of the cooking in an air-fryer! Love that for you!

What ingredients are necessary for preparing Blackberry Stuffed Biscuit Donut Bites?

  • 1 can of biscuits (not layered)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 jar of blackberry jam (Try to find a jam that doesn’t have whole blackberries, you want to avoid the seeds if possible.)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • edible glitter (optional)
  • Serve with: Homemade Whipped Cream for dipping!

Is there any equipment necessary to prepare Blackberry Stuffed Biscuit Donut Bites?

How to Prepare Blackberry Stuffed Biscuit Donut Bites:

  1. Open the biscuit can and punch out the middle of each biscuit. Use scissors to cut the excess biscuit dough to match the size of your donut bites.
  2. Air fry at 400° for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine blackberry jam, vanilla, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Place into piping bag fit with coupler and wide tip. Set aside.
  4. Remove the donut bites from the air fryer and immediately toss in melted butter and cane sugar.
  5. Carefully pipe the blackberry filling into each donut bite.
  6. Garnish with edible glitter if desired, and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.

Storage:

These donut bites may be stored in a ziplock bag or other air tight container and reheated 30 minute increments in the microwave until warmed through. Placing a damp paper towel over the biscuits while reheating will help keep them hydrated.
